SWEDISH RELAXATION MASSAGE $130/1 hr, $195/1.5 hr, $260/2 hr
Gentle massage to soothe the nervous system, relax muscle and connective tissues, increase circulation and aid lymph flow. Relaxation massage can be done with light, medium, or heavy pressure, but is not meant to 'solve a problem'.
Relaxation massage is best accomplished with access to the skin, and it is recommended to follow your sess
FUNCTIONAL BODYWORK $210/1.5 hr, $280/2 hr
Addresses pain, limited mobility, or dysfunction and will require some level of client participation. May include diagnostic muscle testing and postural evaluations, as well as a variety of tools (massage cups, gua sha blade, MediCupping VacuTherapy) and techniques (Visceral Manipulation, myofascial release).

LYMPH DRAINAGE $130/hr
Manual Lymph Drainage aids the body's immune system by manipulating the lymph vessels and directing lymph flow so the body can excrete cellular and immune waste. A 1-hour session is best for whole-body detox (recommended at least 2x per year). Post-surgical care is also available - contact for details.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE $130/hr
Modified massage techniques with safety as a top priority for the healing journey of those living with the effects of cancer and cancer treatments. Sessions may include Manual Lymph Drainage and/or ScarWork.
Oncology massage is appropriate during any stage of cancer or cancer treatment, and client comfort and safety comes first.
SCARWORK $130/hr
Scar tissue is a very dense fascia with unique properties that change quickly and easily with proper technique. This work uses a casual, light touch, is rarely painful even for very new scars, and the amount of change in one intervention can be extensive, with profound cosmetic, nerve and functional changes.
